How will we moderate the games?

I was planning on just setting up an email account to recieve everyones turns, send them out to all players, i.e. moderate them myself, and be trusted not to cheat.

Just to start this discussion off, in the two player game we could send the moves to each other simultaneously by cutting and pasting into an instant messenger like yahoo or msn.
